Delete your EqubNet account & data
You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request, what will be deleted, what may be retained, and the expected timeline.

How to request deletion
- In-app (preferred): Open Account and select Delete account
- By email: Send your request from your registered email to support@equbnet.com with the subject “Delete my EqubNet account.” You can use this quick link:
For your security, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
What we delete
- Profile data (name, email, phone)
- Account credentials and authentication data (Clerk tenant)
- Optional content (e.g., profile photo, saved preferences)
What we may retain & why
- Contribution / payout / transaction records required for fraud prevention, audit, tax, and legal compliance
- Minimal security logs
- Backups retained on a rolling basis (typically 30–90 days), after which data is purged
- Payment processor records (e.g., Stripe) under their own policies
Timing
- Acknowledgement within 7 days
- Completion within 30 days (up to 45 days if complex or legally restricted)
- You’ll receive a final confirmation email when completed
Partial data deletion
If you wish to keep your account but remove certain data (e.g., profile photo or saved preferences), email support@equbnet.com with details. We’ll honor the request where possible and tell you what must be retained.
